Got Questions?
We've got answers
1. Can I capture any website?
You can capture any page that’s publicly accessible. Pages behind login screens or paywalls won’t render correctly because the tool can't access private content.
2. Should I choose JPG or PNG?
Choose JPG for faster, smaller file sizes — great for quick sharing. Use PNG when you need sharp details, especially for interface design or presentation work.
3. What’s full page capture?
It means the entire webpage is captured — including sections that aren’t visible in your browser without scrolling.
4. Why does the result look different than my browser?
Page layouts change based on screen size, resolution, loading speed, and dynamic content. You can improve accuracy by adjusting the viewport, adding a short delay, or enabling full-page capture.
5. Can I save the page as a PDF?
Yes. Just select PDF as your export option. It’s useful for creating final proofs, client handoffs, or archiving references.
6. Are my screenshots stored or reused?
No. Your screenshots are generated temporarily and never saved. We don’t track, store, or analyze your captures.
7. What if a pop-up blocks part of the page?
Use the "Hide banners" feature to remove cookie popups, modals, or overlays. You can also add a short delay to allow the page to load fully before the capture is taken.
